To participate in the Program as a Select member, you can’t be an existing Avion Elite or Premium member or hold an eligible product as listed below from RBC. You must be a Canadian resident over the age of majority in the province or territory in which you reside. To cash out, you must have a banking or savings accounts at another financial institution with auto-deposit set up.
